Made from 100% polyester (115gsm), our Airtex mesh fabric features small perforations that allow wind to pass through and increase the stability and weather-resistance of your flags or banners. We only use high-quality dye sublimation inks to print your artwork or graphics onto the fabric, creating a vibrant and colour-fast banner or flag material that can stand up to high winds and wet weather. Available in a range of widths up to a maximum of 3.1m, we can cut your Airtex mesh fabric to any length, making it the perfect outdoor fabric for beach flags, feather flags and large format outdoor banners.

What is Airtex Mesh Fabric?
Airtex Mesh (also known as Airmesh or Fabric Mesh) is a lightweight, 100% polyester textile characterized by thousands of tiny perforations. These holes allow air and wind to flow through the material, making it significantly more stable and durable than solid banners in exposed or high-wind locations.
How does Airtex Mesh differ from PVC Mesh?
Texture: Airtex has a premium "textile" look and feel, whereas PVC mesh is plastic-based and more rigid. Portability: Airtex is much lighter and can be folded for storage and transport without creasing permanently, unlike PVC which must be rolled. Sustainability: Being a polyester fabric, it is often viewed as a more eco-friendly alternative to traditional PVC plastics. Printing: We use dye-sublimation printing for Airtex, which fuses the ink into the fibers for a scratch-resistant, washable finish.
