Why should I buy from Colour Graphics?

We can source most print products, so just drop us an email on sales@colourgraphics.com with any relevant info or links

 

Do prices include VAT?

All prices exclude VAT where applicable. 

 

What are your trade terms?

We offer 30-day accounts (subject to credit references) for regular customers, but all other orders must be paid in full prior to production.

Can I view a sample product before deciding to buy?

We do have material sample packs available.

 

Can you match colours?

It depends. Some colours that you see on screen are impossible to match when printing due to the fact that the screen is RGB colour spacing and the printers use CMYK. As long as the colour is within gamut we can normally hit it +/- 5% each way.

 

Can you help with designing artwork for banners & posters?

We are a print only service so do not offer any design. However, we are here if you need advice.

 

Will I get a proof for my order? How long does this take?

Being a trade printer, we expect print-ready files. But we do offer a file checking service at the checkout.

 

What file formats do you accept?

Any native image file, but we prefer PDF.

 

How long will my print take to be delivered?

Standard turnaround is 4 working days, but express options are available.
