What kind of carpet is used for printing?

We primarily use a high-quality short-pile polyester or nylon carpet. The surface is specifically engineered to be smooth and dense, which allows the ink to settle evenly. This ensures that fine details in logos and sharp text are maintained, unlike traditional deep-pile carpets which can cause "bleeding" of the design.

How is the design printed onto the carpet?

We use advanced Dye-Sublimation or Chromojet technology. Instead of sitting on top of the fibers like paint, the ink is heat-fused into the yarn. This means the color becomes a permanent part of the fiber itself. It won't crack, peel, or scratch off, even with heavy foot traffic or professional cleaning.

Important Notes & Disclaimer

This product is transfer printed onto carpet at 200°C. While designs are aligned to a high standard for the intended purpose, please note that carpet is not as dimensionally stable as paper or other print media, so litho-grade registration is not possible.

For lengths over 3 metres, a tolerance of ±15mm applies. When printed in multiple panels, joins may not align perfectly. As with all carpet printing, the surface is never as smooth as paper or vinyl, and minor imperfections in the print may occasionally occur.
