Custom flag printing

Sublimation ink dyed for durable printing and with ultra-vivid colours, our flag printing services offer versatility and high quality at a great value price. Made from 100% knitted polyester, our flag fabric is ideal when a show through of print to the reverse is needed for your display, or to let some light though. Using our Kleiverik calendar press and Fabrivu printer, we are able to achieve almost 95% of colour show through, meaning you are assured of fantastic results for double-sided prints. Available in print widths up to 3100mm, we can also custom size your flag fabric to create bespoke flags, drapes and backdrop hangings that are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Choice of finishes

All our flag fabric comes with a selection of finishes and fixings, including pole pockets, silicone and Velcro edges. With over 25 years’ experience, we print, finish and assemble all our flags in the UK and can offer super-fast turnaround on most of our printed range. Custom sizing, instant pricing and discounts on quantity orders all come as standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Flag Fabric made from?
Our standard Flag Fabric is a 115gsm knitted polyester. This specific weight and knit are chosen because they are light enough to fly in a light breeze but strong enough to withstand the mechanical stress of constant movement in higher winds.
What is the "show-through" on this material?
Because the fabric is a single-layer knit, the ink permeates through to the other side. You get approximately 90% show-through, meaning your design is clearly visible on the reverse as a "mirror image." This is the standard for almost all commercial flags used worldwide.
Is the fabric fire-rated for indoor use?
Yes. All our flag materials are B1 fire-rated. This is an essential safety requirement for use at indoor exhibitions, shopping centers, and sporting arenas across the UK and Europe.
